Американское правительство никогда не публиковало подробного отчета о том, что было поставлено [в Россию по лендлизу], таким образом, данные майора Джордана, собранные из собственных деклараций русских, являются единственным публичным документом. Больше чем одна треть поставленного по лендлизу имущества была поставлена нелегально, т.к. закон определённо запрещал передачу "материалов, предназначенных для восстановления и реабилитации".

Нужно учитывать, что в течение войны Россия была союзником Японии, и союзником Гитлера в течение первых двух лет войны, что война началась с раздела Польши Россией и Германией, что Россия - это была агрессивная империалистическая сила, которая напала на Финляндию и захватила страны Балтии, а также, что она объявила о намерении захватить весь мир и что большая часть помощи, посланной в 1945 году, была послана после речи Сталина в феврале, в которой он сказал, что продолжит войну, но уже против Соединенных Штатов.

«Второе я» Франклина Рузвельта, администратор лендлиза Гарри Л. Хопкинс, агент КГБ, выступая перед толпой в Мэдисон Сквер Гарден 22 июня 1942, обратился к России с такими словами: "Мы убеждены, что ничто не должно мешать нам делиться с вами всем, что мы имеем. " Он не шутил.

Я правильно понял, что по ленд-лизу нам поставлялись уран, дейтерий (тяжелая вода)и еще кое-какие материалы, необходимые для производства атомной бомбы? :o

да, я тоже обратил внимание, 1 килограмм металлического урана - это много. вот интересно, это американцы прошляпили или просто понадеялись что русские не скоро что-нибудь придумают с ураном?
